Nick joined KordaMentha in 2021 and is a Partner in real estate group. He has over 20 years of real estate, finance and management exp... rience across a variety of global markets. Previously, he established the CBRE Debt and Structured Finance business in Australia (including loan servicing).

Brendan joined in 2024 after 27 years with AMAL Asset Management Ltd (AMAL), where he was responsible for growing the business across ... arious product lines and geographical locations. He was a shareholder and Executive Director of AMAL and AMAL New Zealand, as well as a Non-Executive Director of the AMAL Trustees group of companies. Prior to AMAL, Brendan worked for Portfolio Partners and National Australia Financial Management.

Tim has over 20 years of credit and real estate experience across a variety of asset management and advisory roles in Europe and Austr... lia. He was previously MD and Head of Asset Management at a pan-European credit and real estate firm, where he oversaw a panel of loan servicing partners to service the fund’s consumer, SME, corporate and CRE loan portfolios as well as the firm’s real estate equity investments. Prior to this, Tim worked for KPMG, Channel Capital Partners (London) and ANZ.

Swetha has over 15 years experience in technology project and operations management. She drives business efficiency through process op... imisation, data transformation, and technology adoption, with a focus on risk and quality management. She was previously at Charter Hall, leading a portfolio of critical business applications for financial operations, risk & compliance, treasury, and asset management. Prior to this, Swetha held roles at Fortune 50 insurance, higher education and scientific research sectors in the U.S.A and Australia.

Glen is the Infrastructure Manager in our Technology group. With over 14 years’ experience, Glen has an excellent knowledge of infra... tructure and hardware systems and specialises in system administration, database administration, solution design, change management, process and procedure design. His experience also spans industries including financial services, retail and insurance.

Michael is a Partner in our Real Estate group. Michael has worked in the property industry for over 19 years. He believes in an open d... alogue and a collaborative approach to align all interests. He has a strong technical property background and diverse experience across all asset types having worked in developments at Brookfield Multiplex before joining KordaMentha Real Estate.
